Blockage In My Puppy's Belly

start-finish victory with 3 hours of sleep

Sunday I started triathlon in Altena on popular distance. Actually I wanted to compete there together with my brother Phil and we had taken a double victory in the eye. Unfortunately, Philip is but due to a stress fracture in the metatarsal for the next Weeks, so I had to go alone to the start. We
on Saturday evening celebrated the 90.Geburtstag my grandfather, I came quite late to bed and was only 3 hours of sleep at the start line. Shortly after the launch, but was also clear that it will not be very difficult for me the thing would win. With a good head start I got off the water and got on the bike course is not gaining ground. While running I was burning anything. Since there were several runs, I could not run comfortably, but still went through quickly, even though they lacked the motivation to run completely full. In the end, turned out to also that with 3 minutes ahead of winner of the day had passed.
As my legs after the race were totally relaxed and the weather was so good I decided to return the 90km still to be covered by bicycle. Fortunately, I managed to still just in time for the Germany game to be back.
did this I made the short triathlon a nice unit for the upcoming middle distances. images

How To Make Cute Volleyball Hair Ribbons

3 damn seconds

were nearly 2 hours after competition is only 3 seconds that separated me from a podium at the German Championships for ages on the Olympic distance.

But first things first. The swim went very well for me. min with 19:04 on the 1500m I could finally show my swimming potential. On the bike it was then quite cool and windy. Still, I was able to light after initial problems with the cold make good pressure. I moved to position three on the run course. The gap to the second, Andreas Reinert was approximately 20 seconds. So I ran the first two rounds really fast to close the gap. I did this then at the end of the second round.

And then began the tactics. Perhaps I had better run right past, but I slowly realized that my thighs put away a quick start on the run not so good and I had slowly got cramps. So I was once a piece with Andrew, who made no more impression very fit. In the third round, we were overtaken by yet another athlete. I tried to go with them, could not keep the pace. Andreas came again to me it was heran.Damit between us for the bronze medal. So I tried in the fourth and final round to start over again attacks to shake him off, but he could run with anything.

Two hundred meters from the finish, just before the turning point came the attack on Andrew. Since I am turning point as the longer route had, I came by and could not just sprint to the finish behind Andrew. Thus there were only 3 damn seconds that separated me from a medal. Although I

with the race, which was occupied this year really strong, to his satisfaction, am I worse yet immensely over the last meters. If I taktiert smarter and omitted the timing box and instead attacked, I could certainly be in front. Again a contest from which one can learn a lesson.

Well, also a 4th place one should look forward to. In the entire field of the German Cup, I was fifth At least three and a half minutes faster than last year and almost identical conditions.

Congratulations to this authority to a superior Niclas Bock, the German champion title was never in danger.
findings is presented here.

Next weekend is again a sprint distance in Altena on the program, which I will use it as a hard training before I will focus then on the middle distance in Immenstadt.

About How Much Does Half Price Pay

German team champion middle distance

German Champion!! This sounds like really good at times. At the German Championships in the middle distance (2-85-20) on Sunday, I was able to win with Matthew Grau and Frederik Martin the German championship title.
After a moderate swimming, in which it was all pretty beat up totally, I got a few places behind the top of the water. On the bike I was able to make really good pressure. The track was quite challenging with lots of waves and a stiff climbs. Since I had much respect for the final 20km run, I was driving wheel controls, but was still quite fast. Unfortunately, I noticed at first run miles that I last gel on the bike better not even had time to would have. I got severe stomach cramps and could not walk out the rhythm. In the meantime, I almost went into the bushes, but then I could still zusammereißen somehow. From kilometer 15 and then came back a little better, so I could again take up the pace a bit. The legs felt pretty fresh yet anyway. Despite the problems in running I could finish as 20TER overall and 6th as my age group. As a second behind Matt KTTler (9ter) I was able to contribute to winning the league title. Frederik completed the team as a 25 ter. I'm with my result in the very strong field race be very satisfactory, especially since this is my first right middle distance was (the middle distance in Australia I had passed completely without training).
Now I hope that me in the next race, my stomach does not let you back in and I can show a better mileage. My wheel shape is definitely true.
