On Wednesday this week it was time. My first doping control. I was just a bike from the university come home when the doorbell rang at the door. With a banana in hand, I opened the door a little testy because I just wanted to make something to eat to strengthen me for the following swim training. But the swimming training had to wait first because the door was a nice gentleman by the NADA. Unfortunately I was not 5 minutes before the visit to the Tiolette, so I once almost an hour long water and apple juice had to pour into me to finally be able to comply with the urine sample. Luckily I was able to make me food during the waiting period still something. When it once was, everything happened very quickly. Decant the samples in glass bottles, sheet, completed and finished.
I thought it was a good thing for once mitzubekommen personally that really competition tests are carried out and so I hope the sport remains a clean sport.
