DM-Elite Sprint Championships 3rd place Schliersee
I had the last few years so much about the race is on Schliersee that this year I also umbedingt even want to be there. At least now I know why this Race as one of the hardest is in Germany. When we on the morning of race day to 14 ° C cold water (the temperature Artur residents appreciated more at 12 ° C) increased realized probably everyone that there would be no walk in the day. The water was so klat that I got like a toothache. To a reasonable rhythm and could not think until the last 500m I had so slowly the feeling that what I did there had anything to do with swimming. After a quick change, I found myself happily back in a wheel group. Somehow in the group wanted to make any really pace and so the cycling was very good and it was quite loose, despite the challenging circuit. I always had to be careful that I am not too much expended in the pace of work, as my leisurely pace but a bit got on my nerves. At the end of the bike ride we went up on the Spitzingsattel. The increase will cost but a few grains, I did my best but I'm still a little to spare for racing. The running was then the absolute nightmare. In cycling, I was a little surprised that it really was not that cold. Here, while walking the beat cold but true. And to this line! If you can call the track at all allowed. First it was only 2km steep downhill. Then it was just about rock. The absolute hell was then, however, a cow pasture, which twice crosses be had. The soil was deep and the rest of me completely now and then you had to avoid even the cows. Completely exhausted and trembling with cold, I came to the finish. After serving a pancake but then I felt better pretty quickly.
All in all, I am quite happy with the race. Two weeks after a good middle distance in Cologne and one week after the sprint in Ratingen, my legs were good but not yet quite so fit and the cold has also added greatly to me, but I got bitten by good. My goal was not to be the last I reached the 77.Platz in the elite field and a 65.Platz in the DM score. In the evening, then traditionally the last triathlon race the season in a club celebrated on Spitzingsee. Just for this party, the long journey worthwhile. images
Now it is time a week off on the plan before I will motivate me again to take training to the end of October the Frankfurt Marathon in attack.

Led Light Bulbs Akai Mpc
NRW
were in Ratingen When 2.Dumeklemmer Triathlon held on Sunday, the NRW Championship over the sprint distance. After the long race in Cologne this past weekend I had Nocht quite heavy legs and was not very confident to deliver a good performance can be. The swim went very well for me and I could get out of the water first, followed closely Matt Grau, Niclas Bock and Matt Epping. Together, we changed his bike, where we could drop off a little of Matthew Grau, because he had problems to get into his cycling shoes. The three of us took the bike behind us, but using the whole time down fair, what the judges after the competition was also confirmed once again. After a good second transition I found myself on the 2nd place. Niclas took me quickly but again and stormed off all. He took the stage win and missed the course record here just barely. To my surprise, it ran at me but really good, so I could catch Matt Epping after a few meters and then was on position 2. I knew that the extremely strong run Grau was still behind, but when I went with 45sek lead in the second round, I thought this time to beat the Commander. Unfortunately, he then made it about 800m before the finish but still somehow catch up with me and I ran one on the 3rd place.
With the race I'm finishing satisfied. There was a lot of fun and a bronze medal at NRW-Cup is indeed not to be despised. After all the races which I have now completed in a row, I'm already pretty tired. Nevertheless, as the next weekend for finishing the triathlon season is probably hardest race. When you look at the list will remain a starter in any case are ever the mouth open. On Schliersee in the DM is definitely world class be at the start. So keep your fingers all the fingers crossed that I will not arrive last.

Antibiotic For 5 Month Old Baby With Coughing
successful middle distance in the home
Last Sunday I started triathlon in Cologne over the middle distance. I had chosen especially for this competition, since so many friends to finally watching and cheering could come by because the competition was held just around the corner. After I had cast a glance at the entry list was also clear that it occupied one of the best middle distance of the year would be in Germany. The more I am glad that I finished the race with a really good result. The swim went without major problems and I came shortly after the second larger group behind the top of the water. On the bike I was at the beginning of something direct pressure, so I could catch up with this chasing group. Together with my team-mate Sebastian I was talking about the entire bike course in this group and tried to be as economical as possible in order not to go back while running to take. It should be noted that the group was run in very fair and everyone tried to keep required distance from the vehicle ahead. (Unlike some other groups that were seen on the track) was partly the pace very high and straight to the end of the 90km round the legs were burning but a bit. But just a great feeling at all to go with stars. Even while running, I could still get a good performance. I held back on purpose at the beginning a little to have to save some seeds for the second half of the half marathon and was able to prevent the intrusion. With a time of 1:26 h on the 21.1 km, including a spiral staircase I can still be very happy, especially when I consider that I was with the last two methods on the whole distance to 1km shorter sections 2 minutes slower on the road.
The goal I reached with a final time of 4:11:27, which earned me the 16.Gesamtplatz. This I have achieved my goal to finishing among the top 20. Particularly pleasing that I even or third was in the age group.
Sorry I could not participate due to organizational problems at the award ceremony, but I hope that the organizers will let me be as accommodating to medal and prize pick nachtraäglich.
All in all, I had a lot of fun with this competition, mainly because so many friends to cheer on the route.
